RESOLUTION NO. 295
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING AND
ZONING BOARD FOR THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
TO GRANT THE REQUEST OF FLORIDA LAND AND DAYRON CORPORA-
TION TO AMEND THE PRELIMINARY PLAN OF THE HIGHLANDS
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO REDES IGNATE UNIT 3, TRACTS
F AND G FROM SINGLE FAMILY TO PATIO HOMES; CONFLICTS
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Winter
Springs, Florida, recommended approval of the request of Florida Land and
Dayron Corporation to amend the Preliminary Plan of the Highlands Planned
Unit Development to redesignate Unit 3, Tracts F and G from single family to
patio homes on March 19, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, has deemed it to be in the City's best interest to confirm their
approval of the Planning and Zoning Board's recommendation to grant the
request of Florida Land and Dayron Corporation to amend the Preliminary Plan
of the Highlands Planned Unit Development to redesignate Unit 3, Tracts F
and G from single family to patio homes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I - That the recommendation of the Planning and
Zoning Board for the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to grant the request of
Florida Land and Dayron Corporation to amend the Preliminary Plan of the
Highlands Planned Unit Development to redesignate Unit 3, Tracts F and G
from Single Family to Patio Homes is hereby approved.
SECTION II - This resolution shall remain in force until
supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered.
SECTION III - All resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict with this resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV - This resolution shall take immediate effect upon
its passage and approval.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 1980.
