RESOLUTION NO. 275
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF
THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FOR THE CITY
OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, TO GRANT THE
REQUEST OF THE WINTER SPRINGS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION TO AMEND THE PRELIMINARY PLAN
OF THE TUSCAWILLA PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATI0N TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF THE
TRACT DUE NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF TROTWOOD
BOULEVARD AND NORTHERN WAY FROM APARTMENTS TO
CONDOMINIUMS; CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board for the City
of Winter Springs, Florida, approved the request of the Winter
Springs Development Corporation to amend the Preliminary Plan
of the Tuscawilla Planned Unit Development to change the
designation of the tract due north of the intersection of
Trotwood Boulevard and Northern Way from Apartments to Condo-
miniums on the 19th day of September, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Winter
Springs, Florida, has deemed it to be in the best interest of
the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to confirm the City
Council's approval of said recommendations of the Planning
and Zoning Board by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I - That the recommendation of the Planning
and Zoning Board to grant the request of Winter Springs
Development Corporation to amend the Preliminary Plan of
the Tuscawilla Planned Unit Development Corporation to change
the designation of the tract due north of the intersection of
Trotwood Boulevard and Northern Way from Apartments to
Condominiums is hereby approved.
SECTION II - This resolution shall remain in force
until supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered.
SECTION TII - All resolutions or parts of resolutions
in conflict with this resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV - This resolution shall take immediate
effect upon its approval and passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October,
1979.
