RESOLUTION NO.250
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 191, WHICH AFFORDS ALL
TEMPORARY, FULL-TIME CONPREHENSIVE EHPLOYMENT AND
TRAINING ACT (CETA) EHPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ALL BENEFITS AFFORDED PERMANENT,
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES; CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS,on the 24th day of October, 1977, the City Council
for the City of Winter Springs, Florida, passed and adopted Resolution
No. 191,which afforded all temporary, full-time Comprehesive Employment
and Training Act (CETA) employees of the City of Winter Springs, Florida,
with a tenure of more than three (3) months all benefits granted to
permanent, full-time City employees, and which further provided for re-
imbursement for the additional costs incurred by providing said benefits
by the Comprehensive Manpower Division, Seminole County Branch Office,
Seminole County, Florida, and a retroactive application thereof to the
17th day of October, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of \-Jinter Springs,
Florida, has determined it to be in the best interests of the City of
Winter Springs, Florida, that Resolution No. 191 be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section I - That Resolution No. 191 is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
Section II - This Resolution shall remain in force and
effect until supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered.
Section III - All resolutions, or parts of resolutions in
conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
Section IV - This Resolution shall take immediate effect
upon its passage and approval.
