RESOLUTION NO. 249
WHEREAS, a Petition was presented on behalf of TROPIC BANK OF SEMINOLE
to the City Council of Winter Springs, Florida, requesting the closing,
vacating and abandoning of the following described utility easement, to-wit:
A seven (7') foot utility easement running parallel to and adjacent
to the westerly boundary lines of Lots 1, 31, and 32, Block 2,
according to the replat of part of North Orlando, First and Second
Additions, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
14, Page 16, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, less State
Road right-of-ways, and a seven (7') foot utility easement running
parallel to and adjacent to the easterly boundary lines of Lots 2,
3 and 4, Block 2, according to the replat of part of North Orlando,
First and Second Additions, according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 14, Page 16, Public Records of Seminole County,Florida,
less State Road right-of-ways.
WHEREAS, after due consideration the City Council of Winter Springs
having determined that the abandonment of the above-described utility easement
is to the best interests of the City of Winter Springs and the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Winter
Springs, Florida, that the above-described utility easement be, and the same
is hereby abandoned, closed and vacated, and that all right in and to the
same on behalf of the County and the public be, and the same is hereby vacated,
abandoned, discontinued and disclaimed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of JANUARY, A.D. ,
1979.
