HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 467 Design Standards ORDINANCE NO. 467 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE V. DESIGN STANDARDS, SECTION 9-296 TYPICAL STREET SECTIONS, CHANGING 30' RIGHT OF WAY FOR PRIVATE SUBDIVISIONS TO 50' RIGHT OF WAY FOR PRIVATE SUBDIVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has determiend it to be in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare that all streets and alleys be designed and built to Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: That Article V.Design Standards, Section 9-296. Typical street sections, 30'Right of Way be changed to 50' Right of Way for private subdivisions. SECTION II: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are specifically repealed.
