ORDINANCE NO. 466
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, REPEALING PRESENT SECTION 9-22l(b)
AND PROVIDING FOR NEW SECTION 9-22l(b) OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS, FLORIDA; REDEFINING EXEMPTION THERETO;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, has determined to be in the best interest of the public health,
safety and welfare that all developments have sidewalks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section I: The present Section 9-22l(b) is hereby repealed,
and the following replaced therefore:
Sec. 9-22l(b):
Sidewalks shall be required in all developments unless the
City Commission determines it to be in the interest and welfare of the en-
vironment to exempt same.
Section II: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed.
Section III: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of March, 1990.

Springs, in Seminole County, Florida, and that the said newspaper has heretofore been contin-
uously published in said Seminole County, Florida, each Week Day and has been entered as
second-class mail matter at the post office in Altamonte Springs, in said Seminole County,
Florida for a period of one year next preceding the first publication of the attached copy of ad-
vertisement; and affiant further says that he/she has neither paid nor promised any person,
firm or corporation any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this
advertisement for publication in the said newspaper.
