City of Winter Springs City Hall Feb 7, 1978 RECEIVED 258 Hayes Road Winter Springs, Fla. 32707 November 5, 1977 Dear Sirs: We have purchased land and built a new home at inter- section of Hayes Road and Stoner Road. Stoner Road is an undeveloped roadway North of our property. Since this roadway dead ends at the back of our property we are requesting that City Council vacate this roadway for the following reasons: 1. Our property is zoned R1AA. 2. The property behind us, at the and of Stoner Road is zoned P.U.D. and since this will probably be high density, I don't feel access at this point is necessary. 3. Presently developed roadways allow adequ- ate access to this 200 acres; namely Hayes Road, Bahama Road, and Moss Road. 4. Vacating this road would discourage further splitting and developing of present lots bordering it. We would be willing to pay appropriate legal fees for vacating this roadway. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, Carroll D. Denning Janet H. Denning City of Winter Springs City Hall Nov 7 1977 RECEIVED TE LEPHONE (305) 327-1000 WINTER SPRINGS.
