RESOLUTION 67
WHEREAS, The Village Council of the VILlAGE OF NORTH ORLANDO, FLORIDA
did approve, at the December 6, 1965 meeting, the use of a voting
machine at election to be held on March 15th, and
WHEREAS, at the close of registration there were only 105
qualified voters; and
WHEREAS; There is no opposition for the vacancies of Mayor,
Councilman in Group 2 and Councilman Group 4, and the use of a voting
machine is deemed unnecessary in view of the facts set forth above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that paper ballots be use
instead of, and in place of a voting machine at the Election to be
held on March 15, 1966 in the VILLAGE OF NORTH ORLANDO, FLORIDA.
PASSED THIS 8th DAY OF MARCH, 1966.
