HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 64 Workmen's Compensation RESOLUTION # 64 WHEREAS: the Standard Workmen's Compensation issued by Westchester Insurance Company of New York, is due to expire, and WHEREAS, it is essential that the salaried employees be covered, and WHEREAS, it is not automatically renewed, and WHEREAS, it would be more convenient to have the Standard workmen's Compensation with the same company that carries the Liability Insurance; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Standard Workmen's Liability Policy be established with the Nationwide Insurance Company at a cost of $86.80, to cover the Chief of Police, the Auxiliary Police, and the Village Clerk.
