ORDINANCE NO. 350
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 281; AND FORMALLY EXPRESSING
ITS INTENT TO CONTRACT ITS TERRITORIAL AND MUNICIPAL
LIMITS TO DE-ANNEX LANDS SITUATED AND BEING IN SEMINOLE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DESCRIBED BELOW; REDEFINING THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, has determined the repealing of Ordinance No. 281 and the de-
annexation of the road right-of-ways of State Road 419 would be beneficial
and in the best interest of the City of Winter Springs, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I: That Ordinance No. 281 is hereby repealed.
SECTION II: That the Comprehensive Plan and Adopted Land Use
Map and Official Zoning Map of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, are
hereby amended to exclude the annexed properties.
SECTION III: That if any section or portion of a section or sub-
section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of
any other section or portion of a section or subsection or part of this
ordinance.
SECTION IV: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION V: That this ordinance shall take effect
the final passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 1986.
