ORDINANCE NO. 322 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, CLOSING; VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN PLATS LYING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND SEVERABILITY WHEREAS it is proposed by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to close, vacate and abandon certain plats lying within the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to-wit: All portions of the plat known as Luttrell Park, Plat Book 11, Page 44, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, lying northeasterly of S. R. 419 Sanford- Oviedo Road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: That the following described plat lying within the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to wit: All portions of the plat known as Luttrell Park, Plat Book 11, Page 44, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, lying northeasterly of S. R. 419 Sanford- Oviedo Road, be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as of this date and the City Commission renounces any and all rights to said plats as abandoned. SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption. SECTION IV: If any section or portion of a section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Ordinance.
