ORDINANCE NO. 322
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, CLOSING;
VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN PLATS LYING WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
SEVERABILITY
WHEREAS it is proposed by the City Commission of the City of Winter
Springs, Florida, to close, vacate and abandon certain plats lying within the
City of Winter Springs, Florida, to-wit:
All portions of the plat known as Luttrell Park, Plat
Book 11, Page 44, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, lying northeasterly of S. R. 419 Sanford-
Oviedo Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the following described plat lying within the
City of Winter Springs, Florida, to wit:
All portions of the plat known as Luttrell Park, Plat
Book 11, Page 44, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, lying northeasterly of S. R. 419 Sanford-
Oviedo Road,
be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as of this date and
the City Commission renounces any and all rights to said plats as abandoned.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
final passage and adoption.
SECTION IV: If any section or portion of a section of this Ordinance
proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to
invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or
part of this Ordinance.
Passed and Adopted this 22nd day of July, 1985.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the
City Commission of the City of Winter
Springs. Florida, that said Commission
will hold a Public Hearing on all ordi-
nance entitled as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 322 -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS,. FLORIDA,
CLOSING; VACATING AND
ABANDONING CERTAIN PLATS
LYING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS
OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA;
REP!:ALlNG ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND SEVERABILITY.
This Public Hearing will b'l held at
7:30 p.m. on July 22, 1985, or as soon
thereafter as possible in the Commis-
sion Chamber, City Hall, 400 N. Edge-
mon Ave.. Winter Springs, Florida.
Copies <if the proposed ordinance are
available in the office of the City Clerk
for inspection. Interested parties may
appear at this hearing and be heard
with respect to this proposed
ordinance.
Persons are advised that if they de-
cide to appeal any decision made at
this meeting. they will need a record
of the proceedings and for such ~r-
posa, they may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is
made which record includes the testi-
mony and evidence upon which the
appeal is to. be based per Section
286.0105 Florida Statutes.

Florida for a period of one year next preceding the first publication of the attached copy of ad-
vertisement; and affiant further says that he/she has neither paid nor promised any person,
firm or corporation any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this
advertisement for publication in the said newspaper.
