Ordinance No. 316
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE 1984-1985 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET WHICH WAS
ADOPTED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 301 OF THE CITY;
REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY; CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs, Florida, adopted its
annual Budget pursuant to Ordinance No. 301 of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida on September 24, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the City must amend its Budget to provide for the
appropriation of additional funds and their expenditures; and
WHEREAS, Article VIII, Section 8.06 of the City Charter of the
City of Winter Springs authorizes amendment to the City's budget after
adoption.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I - That Ordinance No. 301 of the Code of Ordinances,
City of Winter Springs, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Said amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". The amend-
ment affixed hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby declared to be adopted
as the City of Winter Springs, Florida's amended budget for the fiscal
year 1984-1985, amending the budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1984
through September 30, 1985.
SECTION II - All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III - If any section or portion of a section or sub-section
of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or portion of a section or sub-section or part of this
ordinance.
SECTION IV - This ordinance shall take effect upon final passage
and adoption.
