AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE 1978-1979 BUDGET WHICH
WAS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 175 OF
THE CITY; REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; CONFLICTS
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs, Florida, adopted its
annual budget pursuant to Ordinance No. 175 of the City of Winter
Springs, Florida, on September 15, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the City must amend its budget to provide for
the appropriation of additional funds and their expenditures; and
WHEREAS, Artice VIII, Section 8.06 of the City Charter
of the City of Winter Springs authorizes amendment to the City's
budget after adoption.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I: That Ordinance No. 175 of the Code of Ordinances,
City of Winter Springs, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Said Amendment is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A"
The amendment affixed hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby declared to be
adopted as the City of Winter Springs, Florida's amended budget for
the fiscal year 1978-1979, amending the budget for the fiscal year
October 1, 1978, through September 30, 1979.
SECTION II: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III: If any section or portion of a section or sub-
section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or uncon-
stitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity,
force or effect of any other section or portion of a section or sub-
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION IV: This ordinance shall take effect upon final
passage and adoption.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the City of
Winter Springs, Florida, that said City Council will hold a public
hearing at the City of Winter Springs Community Building, on Tuesday,
March 27, 1979, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to
consider an Ordinance entitled as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE 1978-1979
BUDGET WHICH WAS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 175 OF THE CITY; REPEALING
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY; CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
A copy of said Ordinance shall be available at the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, for all per-
sons desiring to examine same.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
THIS NOTICE is to be published in the Sanford Evening
Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the City, one (1) time
at least fifteen (15) days prior to the time of the public hearing.
