Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 169 1977-1978 Budget ORDINANCE NO.169 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1977-l978 BUDGET ADOPTED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1 5 7 OF THE CITY; REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs adopted its annual budget pursuant to Ordinance No. 157 of the City on Sept. 12, 1977 and, WHEREAS, THE CITY must amend its budget to provide for the appropriation of additional funds and their expenditure, NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1: That the Budget is amended for the fiscal year October 1, 1977, through September 30, 1978, and as attached hereto in Appendix A is hereby declared to be adopted as the City of Winter Springs, Florida's amended budget for this fiscal year 1977-l978; SECTION 2: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: If any section or portion of section or sub- section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or uncon- stitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the vali- dity, force or effect of any other section or portion of section or subsection or part of this Ordinance. SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of June, 1978.
