That after the passage of this Ordinance, the Zoning Administration is directed to officially change the zoning map of the City indicating thereon the Ordinance number and date of final passage, rezoning the above described real property. 3. Conflicts. This Ordinance shall not be construed to have the effect of repealing any existing Ordinances con- cerning the subject matter of this Ordinance, but the regula- tions established herein shall be supplemental and cumlative; however, in the case of a direct conflict with a provision or -4- provisions of any existing Ordinance, the provision which is more restrictive and imposes higher standards or requirements shall govern. 4. Severability. If any section, part of a section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this Ordinance is, for any reason, held or declared to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding of invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance; and it shall be construed to have been the legislative intent to pass this Ordinance without such unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative part therein, and the remainder of this Ordinance, after the exclusion of such part or parts, shall be deemed to be valid and if this Ordinance or any provisions thereof shall be held inapplicable to any person, group of persons, property, kind of property, circumstances, or set of circumstances, such hold- ing shall not affect the application hereof to any other person, property or circumstance. 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11 day of June, 1977.
