Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 127 1974-1975 Budget ORDINANCE NO. 127 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1974-1975 ANNUAL BUDGET; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has approved an annual budget for the City for the 1974-1975 fiscal year, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, desires to make inter-departmental transfers of certain funds or portions of funds of certain line-coded accounts within the Expenditures portion of the 1974-1975 annual budget. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1: That the previously approved annual budget for the 1974-1975 fiscal year be amended to transfer certain funds or portions of funds from their present line-codes within the following departments to the Public Works Department: (1) Transfer Line Code Account 7-368, Court-City Judge to Account 3-485, Public Works Department - Reserve for Contingencies $ 100.00 (2) Transfer Line Code Account 7-201, Court-Office Supplies to Account 3-483, Public Works Department - Signs 300.00 (3) Transfer Line Code Account 6-381, Office-Aid to Other Governments to Account 3-451, Public Works Depart- ment-Streets 1,500.00 (4) Transfer Line Code Account 2-485, Fire Dept.-Reserve for Contingencies to Account 3-351, Public Works De- partment-Rentals 400.00 (5) Transfer Line Code Account 2-355, Fire Dept.-Education and Training to 3-351, Public Works Department- Rentals 200.00 (6) Transfer Line Code Account 1-435, Police Dept.-Machinery & Equipment to Account 3-345, Public Works De- partment-Repairs & Maintenance 675.00 (7) Transfer Line Code Account 1-355, Police Dept.-Education & Training to Account 3-205, Public Works De- partment-Maintenance & Operations $ 825.00 Transfer Line-Code Account 1-101, Police-Salaries to Account 3-206, Public Works Department-Gas, Oil and Tires (8) 500.00 (9) Transfer Line Code Account 6-385, Office-Inter-Fund Transfers to Account 3-485, Public Works De- partment-Reserve for Contingencies Total amount transferred 6,200.00 $10,700.00 SECTION 2: That the previously approved annual budget for the 1974-1975 fiscal year be amended to transfer certain funds or portions of funds from their present line-code within the following departments to the Finance Department: (1) Transfer Line Code Account 6-485, Office-Reserve for Contingencies to Account 5-335, Finance Dept.- Insurance and Bonds $ 5,000.00 (2) Transfer Line Code Account 6-385, Office-Inter-Fund Transfers to Account 5-335, Finance Dept. - Insurance and Bonds 2,000.00 (3) Transfer Line Code Account 7-303, Court-City Prosecutor to Account 5-341, Finance Dept.-Utilities 1,200.00 (4) Transfer Line Code Account 7-368, Court-City Judge to Account 5-341, Finance Dept.-Utilities 1,300.00 (5) Transfer Line Code Account 2-101, Fire Dept-Salaries to Account 5-335, Finance Dept-Insurance and Bonds 1,000.00 Total Amount Transferred $10,500.00 SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: If any section or portion of section or subsection of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or portion of section or subsection or part of this ordinance. SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 1975.
