ORDINANCE NO. 127
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE
1974-1975 ANNUAL BUDGET; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; SEVERABILITY
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, has approved an annual budget for the City for the
1974-1975 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, desires to make inter-departmental transfers of certain
funds or portions of funds of certain line-coded accounts within
the Expenditures portion of the 1974-1975 annual budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1: That the previously approved annual budget
for the 1974-1975 fiscal year be amended to transfer certain funds
or portions of funds from their present line-codes within the
following departments to the Public Works Department:
(1) Transfer Line Code Account 7-368,
Court-City Judge to Account 3-485,
Public Works Department - Reserve
for Contingencies $ 100.00
(2) Transfer Line Code Account 7-201,
Court-Office Supplies to Account
3-483, Public Works Department -
Signs 300.00
(3) Transfer Line Code Account 6-381,
Office-Aid to Other Governments to

Total Amount Transferred $10,500.00
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith shall be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: If any section or portion of section or
subsection of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or
unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair
the validity, force or effect of any other section or portion
of section or subsection or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the City
of Winter Springs, Florida, that said Council will hold a public
hearing at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on
Monday, September 29, 1975, to consider the adoption of an
Ordinance by the City of Winter Springs, Florida, title of which
is as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 127: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN
AMENDMENT TO THE 1974-1975 BUDGET, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, SEVER-
ABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
A copy of said Ordinance shall be available at the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Winter Springs, Florida,
for all persons desiring to examine same.
ALL PARTIES INTERESTED ARE INVITED to attend and be
heard.
THIS NOTICE is to be published in The Evening Herald, a
newspaper of general circulation in said City, one (1) time at
least fifteen (15) days prior to the time of the public hearing.
