ORDINANCE NO. 108
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, INCORPO-
RATING HOUSE BILL 1739 PASSED BY THE FLORIDA
LEGISLATURE AND DESIGNATED AS CHAPTER 74-130
OF THE LAWS OF FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE
RECALL OF ELECTED OFFICIALS; SEVERABILITY;
AND EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida, has
established criteria for the recall of public officials, .and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winter Spring ,
Florida, desires to incorperate said Florida Statutes in haec
verba into the ordinances of the City of Winter Springs, Florida
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. That any elected public official may be
recalled from office pursuant to the previsions herein set forth.
Section II. That Chapter 74-130 of the Florida Statute
is hereby incorporated in haec verba into this ordinance and
all provisions shall be applicable to any public elected ef-
ficial of the City of Winter Springs , Florida .
Section III. That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith shall be, .and the same are hereby
repealed.
Section IV. If any section or portion of section or
subsection of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or
unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair
the validity, force, effect or any other section or portion
of a section or subsectien er part of this Ordinance.
Section V. . This ordinance shall take effect immediatey
upon passage.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CON-
SIDER THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the City
of WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, that said Council will hold a public
hearing at 7 :30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on
Monday ,July 22, 1974, to consider the adoption of an ordinance
by the City of Winter Springs, Flerida , title of which is as
follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, INCORPORATING HOUSE BILL
1739 PASSED BY THE FLORIDA LEGISLATURE AND DESIGNATED
AS CHAPTER 74-130 OF THE LAWS OF FLORIDA, PROVIDING
FOR THE RECALL OF ELECTED OFFICIALS; SEVERABILITY;
AND EFFECTIVE DATE
A copy of said Ordinance shall be available at the
office of the City Clerk of Winter Springs, Flerida, for all
persons desiring to examine same.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES are invited to attend and be heard.
THIS NOTICE shall be published in the Orlando Sentinel
Star, a newspaper of general circulation in said City one (1) time
at least 5 days prior to the time of the public hearing.
