HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 105 Board of Adjustment ORDINANCE NO. 105 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, EXPANDING THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO FIVE MEMBERS; SEVERABILITY; AND EFFECTIVE DATE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1: The Board of Adjustment of the City of Winter Springs , Florida, shall consist of five (5) members, who shall be nominated on an annual basis by the Mayor of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, .and approved by the City Council of the City of Winter Springs, Florida. The term of the member of the Board of Adjustment shall be fer three (3) years, or until their successor has been appointed and approved by the said City Council. Section 2: If any section or portion of a section or subsection or part of this ordinance proves to be invalid, un- lawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other section or portion of a section or subsection or part of this Ordinance Section 3: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption. Section 4: Conflicts. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. A COPY OF SAID Ordinance shall be available at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Winter Springs, Florida for all persons desiring to examine same.
