HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 98 Paving/Drainage Plans ORDINANCE NO. 98 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 44; PROVIDING FOR ALL FINAL PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLANS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PEPMITS; PROVIDING FOR REVIEW BY THE CITY ENGINEER; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1: It shall be the policy of the City Council of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to review all final paving engineering and drainage plans prior to the issuance of building permits for the subject land. SECTION 2: Prior to the approval of the paving and drainage structures, the plans shall be reviewed by the City Engineer,who shall forward his recommendations to the City Council. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordi- nances in conflict herewith shall be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: If any section or portion of section or subsection of this ordinance proves to be invalid, un- lawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invali- date or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or portion of a section or subsection or part of this ordinance. (2) Ordinance No. 99: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AM- ENDMENT TO THE 1973-1974 BUDGET; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE (3) Ordinance No. 100: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AMEND- MENT TO THE 1973-74 BUDGET; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. A copy of said ordinances shall be available at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, for all persons desiring to examine same. ALL PARTIES INTERESTED ARE INVITED to attend and be heard.
