ORDINANCE NO. 98
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 44; PROVIDING
FOR ALL FINAL PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLANS TO BE
REVIEWED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
OF BUILDING PEPMITS; PROVIDING FOR REVIEW BY
THE CITY ENGINEER; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE
DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1: It shall be the policy of the City
Council of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to review
all final paving engineering and drainage plans prior to the
issuance of building permits for the subject land.
SECTION 2: Prior to the approval of the paving
and drainage structures, the plans shall be reviewed by
the City Engineer,who shall forward his recommendations to
the City Council.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith shall be, and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4: If any section or portion of section
or subsection of this ordinance proves to be invalid, un-
lawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invali-
date or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other
Section or portion of a section or subsection or part of this
ordinance.
SECTION 5: This ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CON-
SIDER THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the
City of WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, that said City Council will
hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as
possible, on April 1, 1974, to consider the adoption of the
fOllowing ordinances by the City of Winter Springs, Florida,
titles of which are as follows:
(1) Ordinance No. 98: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 44, PROVIDING FOR REVIEW OF ALL FINAL PAVING
AND DRAINAGE PLANS BY THE CITY ENGINEER OR REPRE-
SENTATIVE OF CITY COUNCIL PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
OF BUILDING PERMITS, PROVIDING FOR REVIEW AND
APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
(2) Ordinance No. 99: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AM-
ENDMENT TO THE 1973-1974 BUDGET; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, SEVERABILITY AND
EFFECTIVE DATE
(3) Ordinance No. 100: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AMEND-
MENT TO THE 1973-74 BUDGET; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
A copy of said ordinances shall be available at the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Winter Springs, Florida,
for all persons desiring to examine same.
ALL PARTIES INTERESTED ARE INVITED to attend and be
heard.
THIS NOTICE is to be published in The Sanford Herald,
a newspaper of general circulation in said City, and in The
Orlando Sentinel Star Legal Review, a newspaper of general
circulation in said city, one (1) time at least 15 days prior
to tpe time of the public hearing.
