ORDINANCE NO. 96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE MEMBERS
OF THE ZONING BOARD FOR THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) PER
MONTH FOR THE ZONING BOARD MEMBERS AND TWENTY FIVE
DOLLARS ($25.00) PER MONTH FOR THE SECRETARY FOR THE
ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; SEVERA-
BILITY; AND EFFECTIVE DATES.
WHEREAS, it has become necessary for the members of the
Zoning Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to expend
their personal funds to discharge their duties for the said city,
and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary for the Secretary for
the Zoning Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, to ex-
pend her personal funds to discharge her duties for the said
Board, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the City
of Winter Springs, Florida, to partially repay these individuals
for their said expenses,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS
I) That each member of the Zoning Board of the City
of Winter Springs, Florida, shall be paid a stipend of TWENTY-
FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) per month, provided, however, whenever a
member of the Zoning Board functions as Secretary, that member
shall be paid FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) a month.
2) That the Secretary for the Zoning Board of the City
of Winter Springs, Florida, shall be paid a stipend of TWENTY-
FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) per month.
3) That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and di-
rected to issue such funds to the said members of the Zoning
Board and its secretary of the City of Winter Springs, Florida,
on the 1st day of each calendar month beginning on the 1st
day of April, 1974.
4) That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith shall be, and the same are hereby repealed.
5) If any Section or portion of Section or Subsection
of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity,
force, or effect of any other Section or Subsection or part of
this Ordinance.

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE
ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the
City of WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ,that said City Council
will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter
as possible on Monday, March 11, 1974, to consider the adoption
of an ordinance by the: City of WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ,title
of which is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE ZONING BOARD FOR THE CITY
OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA; PROVIDING TWENTY-
FIVE DOLLARS ( $25.00) PER MONTH FOR THE ZONING
BOARD MEMBERS AND TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25 .OO}
PER MONTH FOR THE SECRETARY FOR THE ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; SEVERA-
BILITY; AND EFFECTIVE DATES
A copy shall be available at the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, for all persons
desiring to examine same.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND AND BE
HEARD.
This Notice shall be published in The Seminole Section
of theOrlando Sentinel Star Newspaper,a newspaper of general
circulation in said City one (1) time at least 15 days prior to
the time of the public hearing.
