ORDINANCE NO. 80
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING
THOSE CERTAIN ROADS, STREETS, ALLEYS,
EASEMENTS AND PARKS AS DELINEATED BELOW;
REPEALING CONFLICTS; SEVERABILITY AND EF-
FECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1. That those certain roads, streets, alleys,
easements and parks in the City of Winter Springs, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
All those roads, streets, alleys, easements and
parks delineated on that portion of GARDENA FARMS,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6,
Pages 23 and 24, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, lying and being within the city limits
of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, not hereto-
fore abandoned, and excepting therefrom the right
of way of Tuscawilla-Gabriella Road,
and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as roads,
streets, alleys, easements and parks in the City of Winter
Springs, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself
and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect im-
mediately upon its final passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1972.
