HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 75 Minimum Lot Width ORDINANCE NO. 75 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH ORLANDO, FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 48, ESTABLISH- ING THE MINIMUM LOT WIDTH TO BE MEASURED AT THE BUILDING LINE, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH ORLANDO, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 48 of the Village of North Orlando, Florida, be and the same is hereby repealed and declared to be null and void. SECTION 2: That all measurements of minimum lot widths which are provided in Zoning, Subdivision, and P.U.D. Ordinances of the Village of North Orlando, Florida, are to be measured at the building line within the individual lots. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, A.D. 1972.
