HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 14 Zoning ORDINANCE NO. #14 AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE ZONING OF UNDEVELOPED LAND WITHIN THE VILLAGE LIMITS OF NOR TH ORLANDO, FLORIDA AND ADJACENT TO NOR TH ORLANDO FOURTH ADDITION. WHEREAS the Perry E. Willits Co. has purchased 244 lots in North Orlando Fourth Addition with the intention of constructing FHA insured homes on these lots, and WHEREAS the FHA requires certain zoning restrictions on adjacent property, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Village Council of the Village of North Orlando, Florida: 1. The area south of Longwood-Oviedo Road running from Sherry Avenue in an Easternly direction to the Village limits and one hundred feet deep shall be zoned for single family residences only and no building shall be erected on any residential lot which does not comprise at least 700 square feet of floor space. This property is more fully described as follows: Commence at the intersection of Longwood-Oviedo Road and Sherry Avenue as recorded on the plat of North Orlando Fourth Addition in Plat Book 13. Pages 57 and 58, in accordance with the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence proceed in an easternly direction along the center line of Longwood-Oviedo Road a distance of 33 .,' feet to a point on the southernly prolongation of the west property line of Block 8. Fourth Addition; thence proceed in a southernly direction a distance of 30 feet to the point of intersection of the southernly prolongation of said Block 8 with the south right- of-way line of the Longwood-Oviedo Road. said point being the point of beginning. Thence proceed in an easternly direction along said south right-of-way line of the Longwood-Oviedo Road to the point of intersection of the said right-of-way line with the north property line of lot 50 of the Entzminger farms.
