TERMS
The City of Winter Springs has elected to extend the abovementioned agreement for an
additional (1) year term as per Item 2.1 - Term and Definitions, which is located on Section
00500 of the original Agreement Form.
Contract extension shall be from March 1. 2007 to February 28. 2008 and shall be bound by
all covenants, conditions, and addenda of the original agreement. Base contract pricing shall not
exceed a total of $ 5.700 (Five Thousand and Seven Hundred Dollars) for one year of
landscape maintenance services. This is the first contract renewal for FEB12006IRRIGSR434.
CONSIDERATION
The City of Winter Springs has been satisfied with maintenance services performed during the
past year by Annan Landscaping with improvement needed with inspection of the irrigation
zones.
