L Y 1 7 r inclusive, for the sum of $ 65.43 per MONTH Equipment will be serviced at the following location (s): CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA This agreement includes all necessary maintenance, including labor and material to keep described equipment in operating condition. This agreement would include periodic checks of equipment in order to alleviate future problems and down time. Repairs and adjustments would be made during these periodic inspections if necessary or requested. All labor and material necessary to maintain these units and to keep operational would be included in the monthly fee. The exception to this fee would be overtime work performed on an emergency basis after 4;30 P.M. and before 8:00 A.M. Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. All Temp Service, Inc. would be entitled to any credits and warranties on any equipment still in warranty period. All Temp Service, Inc. will have service available 24 hours per day, including Saturdays, Sundays and on Holidays. Repairs necessary to bring this equipment to a good working condition Hould be chargeable' to customer and is not a part of the monthly fee. Contractor is not responsible for repairs. occasioned by abuse of equipment, storm, fire & lightning damage. Contractor will not be responsible for additional equipment required by insurance company or $overmental authorities. Tnis contract does not include duct work, electrical service to units or any non-operating portions of the equipment. Nonthly fee does include a monthly filter change on all air conditioning equipment. Contract Dear Troy: I received the service contract in regard to All Temp, Inc. The contract looks in satisfactory condition, but I would add a paragraph to release the City of any liabi- lity in regard to workers of All Temp. I have attached hereto, a proposed amendment to the contract which I feel the City should insist upon. If the amendment is included, I see nothing wrong with the City entering in the contract.
