WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, any community is only as good as the people who care and strive to be good citizens
and through the concern and efforts of such caring individuals, wonderful communities are made; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Winter Springs Florida wish
to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to DR. RICHARD AJA YI of 102 Arrowhead
Court, Winter Springs, Florida for being someone that this community should recognize, in honor
of the service that he quietly does for his community; and
WHEREAS, one of DR. RICHARD AJAYI's contributions to the community of Winter
Springs is that on morning walks, DR. RICHARD AJA YI often picks up litter which has been
thoughtlessly discarded by others, thus helping to re-beautify his community, not only by his efforts, but
through his spirit.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN F. BUSH, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of the
City of Winter Springs, Florida, do hereby proclaim Monday, June 9, 2003, as

in the City of Winter Springs, Florida, and urge all citizens to join together and offer their
appreciation, as we honor DR. RICHARD AJA YI.
