CLAMAT
A PROCLAMATION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, proclaiming that a Special Election will be
held in the City of Winter Springs, Florida, on Tuesday, February 12, 2002, for the purpose of one referendum dealing with
the annexation of property in the Dyson Drive area, in accordance with Ordinance 2001-52 which was passed on December
10, 2001, and by the approval and passage of this Ordinance 2001-52, the Election was officially proclaimed and called on
December 10,2001.
WHEREAS, as designated by the City Commission, the location of the Voting Place (Polling Place) will be: Precinct 75 -
St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 575 Tuskawilla Road, Winter Springs, Florida.
WHEREAS, the names of the Pollworkers which comprise the Election Board are: Bobbie Shell; Margaret Clark; Lydia
Dunn and Gladys Zahand. The duties and responsibilities of the Election Board shall be those as stated in Florida Statutes,
Chapter 102. Any vacancies in the Election Board shall be filled by Mayoral appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA:
SECTION I - The compensation for the Election Board will be set by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
in accordance with compensation standards of the Supervisor of Elections for Seminole County, Florida.
SECTION II - The Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, February 12, 2002.
THEREFORE, I, PAUL P. PARTYKA, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, do hereby proclaim Tuesday, February 12, 2002 as the City's next
