PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, KELLY BALAGIA is truly renowned for making
some of the best "fudge" in this part of the Country; as noted by her
many fans who come from near and far to taste her delectable
confections;
WHEREAS, as a part of this Community, we recognize
Kelly's ability to make the most delicious fudge ever - which truly
delights the tastebuds, as well as her numerous devotees;
NOW THEREFORE, I, PAUL P. PARTYKA, MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS do hereby recognize and honor
KELL Y BALAGIA as the Official "Fudgemaker" of the City of
Winter Springs.
