Widen road at the existing fuel tank. 2) Change the filter bypass line from 16" to 12" PVC and relocate $ 854.00 chlorine contact chamber drain line to existing reject pump station due to pipe invert changes. 3) Provide wiring and conduit, the Consolidated electrical panel changes $ 5,804.00 for the Master Lift Station high water level alarm, low chlorine alarm, high turbidity alarm and transfer pumps lookout alarm to the City auto dialer. Provide the ground storage tank level signal to the existing chart recorder. 4) Provide an additional Blower Trouble and Loss of Normal Power $ 1,365.00 Alarm to the City auto dialer. 5) Backfill the pond liner anchor trench with #57 stone instead of dirt. $ 6,327.00 6) Additional pond earthwork required due to differing site conditions. $ 3,818.00 7) 1,360 cubic yards of fill dirt provided and installed due to differing site $ 8,214.00 conditions. 8) Provide permanent sock drain for dewatering of reject pond to facilitate $ 5,000.00 liner installation and maintenance. 9) Additional time requested due to delays in manufacturing and delivery $ 0.00 of the pumps (50 days).
