Petitioner, HUBERT R. EARLEY, by and through his undersigned
attorneys, and Respondent, CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, by and
through its undersigned attorneys, file with the Court the attached
copy of the Settlement Agreement marked Exhibit "A," which was
entered into by the parties as the result of mediation, and jointly
move the Court for the entry of an order retaining jurisdiction
over this matter for the enforcement of the Settlement Agreement.
