This letter of agreement between the City of Winter Springs and the Florida Institute of
Government at the University of Central Florida (IOG) confirms that the IOG will
facilitate a "Business-Community Visioning" workshop for the city. This 2'/2 hour
session will engage members of the Winter Springs business community in planning for
the future of the city and the identification of needs and opportunities from their
perspectives. The workshop will be held on June 9, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at
the Winter Springs City Hall.
The IOG will provide the following:
a) Facilitator
b) Materials
C) Workshop report within three weeks

The fee for the workshop is $400. The Institute of Government will bill the City of
Winter Springs upon completion of the program. Payment will be remitted to:

If these arrangements are satisfactory, please countersign this agreement as indicated
below and return two originals as soon as possible. The IOG will return an original to the
city as soon as it is signed by the University purchasing director.
