Renewal /Extension Agreement No. 1
Contract: ITB 015/08/ZP For: Aquatic Weed Control & Maintenance
of Certain Ponds
Original Contract Date: October 1. 2008 Contractor: Lake Masters Aquatic Weed
Control, Inc.
TERMS
The City of Winter Springs hereby renews /extends the above mentioned agreement for an
additional one (1) year term as per Item 2.1 -Tenn and Definitions, on page 1 of 11 of the
original Contract Agreement. The original contract amount of $46,080.00 plus an additional
$480.00 for the addition of Fsher Road pond for a total renewed contract amount of $46,560.00
effective October 1, 2009.
Contract extension shall be from October 1.2009 to Seutember 30. 2010 and shall be bound
by all covenants, conditions, and addenda of the original agreement. Base contract pricing shall
not exceed a total of 546.560.00 per year for the aquatic weed control & maintenance services
of certain ponds. This is the first contract renewal for ITB 015/08/ZP.
CONSIDERATION
At the September 14, 2009 Oty Commission meeting, the Commission authorized to renew the
contract with Lake Masters Aquatic Weed Control, Inc. for one year for the Aquatic Weed Control
and Maintenance of Certain Lakes and Ponds.
AGREEMENT
This extension agreement is accepted by both parties and executed according to the following:
