OF WINTER SPRINGS, a Florida municipal corporation, whose addr ss IS 1126 East State Road 434,
Winter Springs, Florida 32708 (hereinafter "GRANTOR") to the MOSS PLACE HOMEOWNERS'
ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation, whose principle address is Post Office Box
195146, Winter Springs, Florida 32719-5146 (hereinafter "GRANTEE").
(Wherever used herein the terms "GRANTOR" and "GRANTEE" shall include singular
and plural, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the GRANTOR for and in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants
and agreements set forth and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, quit claim and convey to the said GRANTEE
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand that the said GRANTOR has in and to the following
described real property, situated and being in the County of Seminole, State of Florida, to-wit:

Subject to all covenants, conditions, easements, agreements and restrictions of record, if any;
provided, however, this reference shall not act to reimpose same.
TO HAVE AND HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining to all the estare, right, title, interest, lien, equity and ciaim
whatsoever of the said.GRANTOR, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said GRANTEE forever.
