BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared William A. Mitchell, who is personally known

and states:
1. That my name is William A. Mitchell.
2. That on March 23, 2001, I conveyed the following-describedpropertyto Wayne P.
Reece, as recorded in Official Records Book 4199 Page 1334 of the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block "D", Talmo Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 10, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
3. That on March 23, 2001, I conveyed the following-described property to Wayne P.
Reece, as recorded in Official Records Book 4199 Page 1320 of the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block "D", Talmo Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book9, Page 10, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
4. That at the time of the conveyance of the above lots, I was a single widowed man.
5. That at the time of the conveyance of the above lots, they were not my homestead
property.
6. That the Affiant is familiar with the nature of an oath; and with the penalties
provided by the laws for falsely swearing to statements made in an instrument of this
nature.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
