Re: Sewer Capacity/Suda, Inc., for property across trom
new City Ball
Dear Mr. Rozansky:
Since our meeting in your office on January 15, l!lB6, I have been
waiting to hear trom you or Prank Kruppenbacher, your attorney,
on the issue of avail.ability ot sewer capacity in the City ot
Winter Springs after the year l!lB6.
The utilization of the property owned by Suda across trom the new
city hall i. dependent upop adequate sewer capacity being made
available. Our original projections were that 25,000 gpd for
years commencing in 19B6 would be reasonable and satistactory to
the orderly development ot this property.
Suda original.ly requested !lo,aoo a day gpd capacity in October ot
1985 in a meeting with yourself, Bill Miller of Suda and realtor,
Jaaes Pralick. This request was renewed by Sudals letter to
Barry Martin dated August 22, 19B5. It is Sudals understanding
that Mr. Martin placed this request on the preliminary sewer
capacity request list in August of 1985, as stated in Mr.
Martinis letter ot August 21, 19B5.
I would like to direct your attention to your letter to me dated
December 2, l!l85, on this subject. Suda is willing to accept the
original allocation of 25,000 qpd capacity during l!l86, if after
an anal.ysi. ot the overal.l capacity avail.able or to become
avail.able, in the next s.veral. year., rea.onabl.y indciate. that
Suda will be in the priority to receive capacity necessary to
further develop the property. Thi. aiaiaua capacity i. an
additional. 25,000 gpd tor each year after 1916 until the full
!l6,OOO gallon capacity per day i. utilized.

Dot acceptable.
Plea.e get back to ae with the re.ults of your utility depart.ent
analysis as to the availability of future capacity to Suda. Suda
has requested the City of Winter Spring. to make a good faith
effort to provide this capacity in a reasonable priority in
exchange for the easement which has been granted and is being
utilized.
