AMENDMENT "A"
This is an amendment to the current EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TRAINING
PROGRAMS AGREEMENT (Original date: July 1, 1992; Renewal date: July 1, 1996)
between SEMINOLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE and the CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS
FIRE DEPARTMENT.
SECTION 3. (2b). Delete the payment clause designated in 2b which reads:
The COLLEGE shall pay to the DEPARTMENT in consideration of the use
of the EMS Academy facilities the sum oj-THIRTY-THREE AND 57/100
DOLLARS ($33.57) per semester for each student enrolled in the EMS or
related training programs...
REPLACE AS FOLLOWS: The COLLEGE shall pay to the DEPARTMENT
in consideration of the use of the EMS Academy facilities the sum of SIX
AND 00/100 ($6.00) per semester for each student enrolled in the EMS or
related training programs...
SECTION 4. (Cl and C2) Delete the FEE SCHEDULE PER TERM (PER
STUDENT) which reads as follows:
Matriculation fee for Florida residents $33.57
(part-time students, 50 hours of training)
Matriculation fee for non-Florida residents $134.27
(part-time students, 50 hours of training)
REPLACE AS FOLLOWS:
Matriculation fee for all residents
(part-time students, 12 hours of training)
$ 6.00
Additional tuition for non-Florida residents
(part-time students, 12 hours of training)
$18.00
