Dear ~llathin:
After a recent meeting with Seminole county EMS personnel, we are
amending our current Emergency Medical Se:rvices Training Programs
Agreement with Seminole county agencies to reflect twelve hours of
training per term. This change also necessitates a decrease in
matriculation and tuition fees, as well as payment for se:rvices to
each agency.
Dept.
Enclosed please find two copies of AMENDMENT "A" that have been
approved by our District Board of Trustees. Please sign both
copies and return one of them to me as soon as possible. We are
attempting to have this change reflected in the current term (Term
II) registration.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
