(A7 .11.95-12) ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BE'IWEEN CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS FIRE DEPARTMENT AND SEMINOLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE MODIFICATIONS, ADDENDUM AND RENEWAL: That this agreement shall be in effect until mutually cancelled or until either party withdraws, as specified elsewhere in the agreement, and that the Board and Agency may approve the continuation of this agreement by a verbal vote or by acclamation of the Board of Trustees and/or Directors, and that such vote or acclamation shall be conducted annually at each party's regular business meeting. THE AGREEMENT between CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS FIRE DEPARTMENT and Seminole Cornrmmity College, Sanford, Florida, pertains to the enrollment of the department employees into SCC and Intermediate Emergency Medical Services program is renewed this date, June 30, 1995, for a period of one (1) year and shall remain in effect until July 1, 1996, in accordance with the current fee schedule and under the same terms and provisions of the original Agreement between CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS FIRE DEPARTMENT and Seminole Cornrmmity College. This Addendum is to be affixed to and become a permanent part of the original Agreement. Winter Springs, Fl. 32708 Dear ~llathin: After a recent meeting with Seminole county EMS personnel, we are amending our current Emergency Medical Se:rvices Training Programs Agreement with Seminole county agencies to reflect twelve hours of training per term. This change also necessitates a decrease in matriculation and tuition fees, as well as payment for se:rvices to each agency. Dept. Enclosed please find two copies of AMENDMENT "A" that have been approved by our District Board of Trustees. Please sign both copies and return one of them to me as soon as possible. We are attempting to have this change reflected in the current term (Term II) registration. Thank you.
