This contract between TechLogic Inc. & City of Winter Springs constitutes TechLogic Inc. agreeing to
perform said warranty services from 5/15/06 to 9/30/06 for items listed on Schedule "A" (see attached).
Coverage Information
1. Support Plans
All TechLogic Inc. Support Plans carry the following response time guarantees; network related
technology- (2-4) hours from time of original call (includes servers, hubs/switches, routers,
network printers, etc.), standalone systems- (24) hours from time of original call (includes
workstations, laptops, local printers, scanners, etc.).
A. Bronze
Server, Workstation, Laptop: Plan provides for express on-site hardware warranty to include
all parts and labor. (Note: does not include peripheral devices such as monitors, mice,
keyboards, speakers, etc.)
Printer: Plan provides for (1) bi-annual cleanings & diagnostics. (Note: plan does not include
standard wear and tear items (maintenance items), or any consumables)
Monitor, Networking/Peripherals: Plan provides for express on-site hardware warranty to
include all parts and labor.
B. Silver
Server, Workstation, Laptop: Plan provides for all service included in Bronze Plan and also
covers peripheral devices up to $100.00 in value (per item).
Printer: Plan provides for a warranty covering parts & labor. (Note: plan does not include
standard wear and tear items (maintenance items), or any consumables)
Monitor, Networking/Peripherals: Not Applicable
C. Gold
Server, Workstation, Laptop: Plan provides for all service included in Silver Plan and covers
operating system reload(s) in the event system requires a reload due to driver corruption,
virus attacks, or registry failures.
Printer: Plan provides for a warranty covering parts & labor, plus (1) bi-annual cleanings &
diagnostics. (Note: plan doys not include standard wear and tear items (maintenance items),
or any consumables).
Monitor, Networking/Peripherals: Not Applicable
D. Platinum
PC, Server, Laptop, Monitor, Networking/Peripherals: Plan provides for all service included
in Gold Plan. In addition the Platinum Plan provides equivalent or better loaner equipment
during repair period. (All items placed on platinum plan will require TechLogic Inc. to place
equivalent or better item into loaner service at our expense, to be available for any Platinum
Plan service call.)

Printer: Plan provides for a warranty covering parts & labor, plus (4) quarterly cleanings &
diagnostics. (Note: plan does not include standard wear and tear items (maintenance items),
or any consumables).
2. Coveral!e Specifics
In the event the product(s) included in this contract require maintenance that is included in the
particular purchased plan, TechLogic Inc. will bear the costs of labor and/or materials for needed
maintenance (where applicable see support plan statements above). This contract does not cover
a product that is malfunctioning due to the result of accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, theft,
vandalism, fire, water or other peril, or natural disasters. Other conditions not covered include
use of the product under circumstances, which are out of specification, such as electrical power,
temperature, and humidity or by moving, repair, relocation or alterations performed by someone
other than a TechLogic Inc. service technician, or by any cause other than normal use.
TechLogic Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for
loss, damage, or expense directly or indirectly arising from customer's use of or inability to use
the equipment either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for personal injury or
loss or destruction of other property, or from any other cause.
3. Data Loss
If your computer is functioning, you are strongly advised to copy or back up all data on your hard
disk drive. Repairs on systems may result in the need to reformat or exchange the hard disk
drive. After such repairs, all original data, which had been stored on the hard disk, will be
irrevocably lost. TechLogic Inc. is not responsible for any loss or destruction of data resulting
from services performed Hereunder. In the result of a hard drive failure, which results in the
replacement of the hard drive, TechLogic Inc. will reinstall all software that was originally
purchased with the computer system at no charge to the customer. If the hard drive is replaced
and data can be saved the customer has the option to back up the data themselves or pay a
TechLogic Inc. Service Technician to perform the data back-up/restore for them. TechLogic Inc.
does not grant any guarantee of the restoration of data to the customer.

4. Customer Service
The customer can obtain service by using any of the following contact methods:

· Call the staffed help desk, (Mon.-Fri. 8:30am to 5:30pm), at 407-470-1200 #1.

Payments
5. Pavment Options
A. Monthly Payment Plan:
Monthly plan payments are due within (10) days of the first of each month. Monthly invoices
will be provided to TechLogic support plan customers at the beginning of each month. The
ability to place the plan on a credit card to allow for automatic billing is available (we accept

Initial Date
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American express). Ifno payment is received within (25)
days of the first day of a plan month, TechLogic Inc. will assume that the customer is
voluntarily canceling their plan coverage and will close out the plan per paragraph (7) of this
contract.
B. Lump Sum Payment Option:
An annual payment may be made at the beginning of the contract year. The amount due
will equal (11) times the monthly payment and will provide coverage for a 12-month period.
Cancellation of Plan
6. Plan Cancellation
The customer may at their discretion cancel this contract at anytime by either notifying TechLogic Inc. or
by not making a monthly plan payment in a timely manner, (see paragraph (6) of this contract). Upon
unscheduled termination of plan for whatever reason, the following penalty calculation will apply:
A. Monthly Payment Plan:
+ All hours of service (including travel) performed under support plan
multiplied by $120.00.
+ Cost of all part(s) used, if any, under support plan
- Support Plan Payment(s) made bv customer
= Any amount> $0 will be due and payable by customer per their
