And Deutschmark Golf Properties or it's successor, Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. or its assign, as contract purchaser under a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated October 9, 1998, commit to providing the City of Winter Springs easements for existing water and sewer utility installations on and across our property, for which no easement has previously been granted, in return for an easement over Tract J, THE HIGlll.,A1~S SECTION 3, providing access, ingress and egress to the golf course maintenance, parking and storage areas. These easements shall have a provision that the exercise of which shall not interfere with the operation of the golf course or waste water treatment plant. If this approach is agreeable to you, then please direct your Utility Manager to prepare the easements so that we may agree on the specific language of the easements.
