BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LAURA EVELYN WINCEY,
individually and as trustee of the Charles W. Wincey Trust Agreement dated August 9, 1994 and
the Laura Evelyn Wincey Trust Agreement dated August 9, 1994, hereinafter referred to as
"Seller", for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold, transferred and delivered unto CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, hereinafter
referred to as "Buyer", the following mobile home:
A 60' x 12', two bedroom, white with brown trim mobile home which is
located on the Winter Springs property Buyer is purchasing from Seller.
Seller is unable to locate a registration or title to said mobile home.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Buyer forever.
And Seller does warrant and represent to the Buyer, its successors and assigns, that Seller
is the lawful owner of the said mobile home; that it is free from all liens and encumbrances; that
Seller has good right and lawful authority to sell the same as aforesaid, and that Seller will
warrant and defend the sale of the said mobile home unto the Buyer against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons whomsoever.

Before me, an officer duly authorized to take acknowledgments, on this day personally
appeared LAURA EVEL YN WINCEY, individually' and as trustee of the Charles W. Wincey
Trust Agreement dated August 9, 1994 and the L a Evelyn Wincey Trust Agreement dated
August 9, 1994 and she acknowledged that sh executed the foregoing instrument for the
purposes therein expressed.
