SCHEDULE B -Extension / Repuest for Additional Services
Relationship To The Original Contract:
This is an addendum to the WebQA Services As?reement executed between WEBQA, Inc.
("WEBQA") and the City of Winter Springs, ("Customer") on 7/1/2007 ("Original Contract")
with its current term date starting 7/1/2007 and ending 9/30/2008 ("Original Contract
Period").
This addendum serves to extend the terms of the original contract and / or add new services.
Extend terms and price:
WebQA and Customer agree to extend the Original Contract Period. The extension will begin
with a Term Starting Date of:10/1/2008 and end with a Term Ending Date of: 9/30/2009.
Fees will be billed on an Annual basis in advance and are due upon receipt of invoice. For
your approval of Annual billing, you will not be charged an increase for the first year of your
extension.
This new contract term will renew automatically for the same time period unless Customer
provides WebQA notice of termination in writing sixty (60) days prior to the then current
Term Ending Date.
If WebQA intends to raise the total price to the Customer for all WebQA services currently
used by the Customer by more than 8% at time of renewal, WebQA will notify Customer
ninety (90) days prior to the then current Term Ending Date.
Additional Services:
