That Affiant has, of even date hereof, executed a Special Warranty Deed in favor '- ' ~~ ~ of the City of Winter Springs, a Florida Municipal Corporation ("Winter Springs"), regarding the transfer of certain real property located in Seminole County, Florida ("Real Property"). • 3. That Affiant is Trustee under that certain Trust Agreement dated September 9, 1993, a true, correct, and complete copy of which was recorded in Official Records Book 2906, \ Page 0735, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. V 4. That all references in the instrument of conveyance as to the Real Property and all other related documents are intended to refer to Affiant as Trustee under the Trust Agreement. \\ ~ 5. That the Trust Agreement has not been revoked, amended, or modified and remains ~ in full force and effect. 6. This Affidavit is given to induce Winter Springs to accept the Real Property, and to induce Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and its agent, Amari, Theriac &Eisenmenger, P.A., to issue a policy of title insurance insuring the status of title to the Real Property.
