There will be something for every member of the family to enjoy such as good food, projects by local civic groups, and an assortment of entertainment. This event will be held Saturday, March 23rd, 9:00 am. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday, March 24th, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We have planned an opening ceremony for Saturday morning at 10:00 and will be introducing our Mayor, Commissioners, and other City Officials. We would like to recognize other officials who honor us with their presence. We will appreciate it very much if you will fax an acceptance of this invitation as this will assist us in the scheduling of the ceremony. We request each participant sign in at our information booth when they arrive so everyone is properly recognized. We look forward to your participation in this event.
