These sites (Westside Annex, Westskle parking, Seminole High School Agricultural Plot, and Fourth Street Maintenance) will be. available for the County's use In the Fall of 1995. Your staff has reviewed the sites for suitability, and we can proceed with the fonnal School Board action and donation following the completion of our new administrative facility. In the future we may have additional surplus property suitable for the affordable housing program and we will continue to forward that information to you for review and acceptance. We have appreciated the cooperatl.on of both the Commission and the staff in Implementing the educational facilities impact fees and we intend to work with you in any way possible to ensure the viability of the program.
