YDl8-G326 (407) 339-2461 May 17, 1994 Commissioner Patricia Warren, Chairman CALNO 1101 East First Street Sanford, FL 32771 Dear Commissioner Warren: The Advisory Board for the Community Services Block Grant within the Social Services Division of the Department of Health & Human Services currently has two vacancies for seats to be filled by local elected officials. (\ By this letter we are soliciting from CALNO recommendations for nominees from area elected officials willing to serve on the CSBG Advisory Board. The departing CSBG Board members (elected officials) are Commissioner George Duryea of Lake Mary, and Commissioner John Langelotti of Winter Springs. Since the expiration of the current Board members is imminent, please inform CALNO members of this issue, so that the selection process can be expedited. Thank you in advance for your help. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated since the role of this Advisory Board is imperative to obtain CSBG funding.
