COUNCIL OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IN
SEMINOLE COUNTY
MINUTES
The Council of Local Governments in Seminole County Meeting was
held on January 6t 1993 in the City of Longwood Commission Chambers
at 175 W. Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Mayor Joseph Hillebrandt - Casselberry - CALNO Chairman
Commissioner Pat Fernandez - Altamonte Springs (left 8:30 PM)
Commissioner A.R. IIDoc" Jore - Lake Mary
Commissioner Rex Anderson, Longwood
Councilperson Thomas A. Hagood, Jr. - Oviedo
Commissioner Whitey Eckstein - Sanford
Commissioner Pat Warren - Seminole County Co~ission
Commissioner Cindy Kaehler - winter Springs
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Board Member Sandy Robinson - Seminole County School Board
OTHERS PRESENT:
Jack Schluckebier, City Manager, Casselberry
Geraldine D. Zambri, City Clerk, Longwood
1. CALL TO ORDER.
Mayor Hillebrandt called the meeting to order at 7:20 P.M.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF DECEMBER 2, 1992.
Motion by Commissioner Jore, seconded by commissioner
Fernande~ to approvQthe minutes of December 2, 1992. Carried by
unanimous voice vote.
4. TREASURER'S REPORT.
Commissioner Eckstein reported a balance of $364.25, said dues
for the next year would be $25 and suggested a form be sent to each
member. Said annual dues would generate $225 which he said, when
added to the balance, would be adequate revenue to operate for the
year.
commissioner Eckstein said in speaking with Lee Constantine,
Lee wanted to keep some traditions alive. Commissioner Eckstein
said he had a copy of the CALNO Bylaws, which he read from and then
asked that copies by made and distributed to the members. Copies
were then made and distributed.
