Honorable Robert Sturm Board of County Commissioners Seminole County Courthouse Sanford, Florida 32771 Dear Chairman Sturm: LAKE MARY LONGWOOD WINTER SPRINGS CASSELBERRY ALTAMONTE SPRINGS . . . . 00 February 4, 1981, the Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (Calno) voted to request that the Seminole Board of County Commissioners appoint a Tax Equalization Action Committee. The duties of this committee will be to study and analyze the financial structure of the county to determine an appropriate method to equitably finance those county functions benefiting the property owners and residents in the unincorporated areas in a disproportionate benefit to those in the incorporated areas of Seminole County. It is recommended that this committee consist of six members, three members and two alternates nominated by our Council and three members and two alternates appointed by yourselves.
