Hi Kip,
Anthony asked me to follow up with you regarding the advertising requirements for the impact fee ordinance.
The public hearing on the ordinance should be advertised in a standard legal advertisement and is required to the
published at least 10 days prior to adoption. The 90 day notice requirement is only applicable where the City is creating a
new or increased impact fee. Because the ordinance is increasing impact fee credits (and thus decreasing the impact fee
itself), the 90 day notice is not necessary.
