Re: Notice of Community Meeting
Dear Property Owner:
On July 20, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tuscawilla Country Clubhouse, T-Mobile will
conduct a community meeting to discuss its enhancement of wireless communication
services to the Tuscawilla neighborhoods. Based on a system analysis of T-Mobile's
wireless network in the vicinity of the Tuscawilla neighborhood, usage and call failure
information from the Tuscawilla area, customer complaints, and the number of T-
Mobile customers residing in Tuscawilla, T-Mobile has determined that it is not
providing the quality of network service that it strives for in its other markets. T-
Mobile also knows that inability to provide its usual high quality reliable service to its
customers in Tuscawilla is due to the inability to locate additional antennae within the
Tuscawilla neighborhoods.
The fastest growing segment of T -Mobile customer demand is for quality wireless in-
building residential coverage. The recent hurricane experience in Florida also
demonstrated that customers want and demand to be able to use their cell phones in
times of emergency, especially when traditional land lines are unavailable. In order
to enhance T -Mobile's coverage in the Tuscawilla area, T -Mobile has approached
the Tuscawilla Country Club about a possible tower location on the Country Club
property. As a key member of the local community, Tuscawilla Country Club will
consider T-Mobile's proposal if it feels that it is in the best interest of the Tuscawilla
community. Please come to this informational meeting to learn about T-Mobile's
proposals. We will also have experts available to address your questions about
wireless technology and how wireless service is provided to your community.
We look forward to seeing you there.
Sincerely,
CtlbyJ Wil~
