measures in accordance with the declaration of water shortage

Sheet 2, N. Orlando 4th Add. from R-L to C-l.,etc. Second Reading.
c. Public Hearing for an appeal from the Board of Adjustment1s
decision to grant a special exception to construct a grocery
store with sale of gasoline in zone C-l at the southeast corner
of S.R. 434 and Hayes Road.
d. Public Hearing for an appeal from the Board of Adjustment's
decision to grant a special exception to construct a gas station
with sale of some grocery products in zone C-l on S.R. 434
between Fairfax and Devon Avenues.
e.Tentative Budget Hearing for Fiscal Year 1981 - 1982.
f.Resolution No. 360, appreciation to Ed Lombardi
g.Request of Barnett Bank of Seminole Co., N~A. for approval to
install a temporary building to be used for banking purposes on
the northeast corner of S.R. 434 and Moss Road. .

Preliminary plan for Winter Springs Industrial Park.
i. Resolution No. 361 authorizing use of septic tanks in Winter
Springs Industrial Park.

open for registration to vote from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon.

Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting, they
will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to insure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence
upon which the appeal is to be based per Ch. 80-150, Laws of Florida.
